Bogotá, May 2026. Grupo Intelsis Colombia SAS has been accepted as an affiliate member of AHK Colombia, the Colombian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The membership opens a new chapter for Grupo Intelsis in the country, where the company has years of SAP project experience and an office in Bogotá.
Membership expands Grupo Intelsis’ ties with the Colombian-German business community. It adds to the company’s SAP Gold Partner status and its partnerships with AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud.
What AHK Colombia does and what membership brings
AHK Colombia brings Colombian and German organizations together around innovation and competitiveness. For Grupo Intelsis, being part of that network opens three fronts:

Modernization projects in Colombia
Mid-size and large Colombian companies are accelerating the modernization of their operations with cloud, artificial intelligence and better visibility into their data. That shift has steadily increased demand for SAP consultants in the country.

Colombian talent for regional projects
Membership coincides with the expansion of the local team. Grupo Intelsis is hiring functional and technical SAP professionals across several modules, working in a hybrid model from Bogotá on projects in Latin America.
Geraldine Benavides, Country Manager for Grupo Intelsis in Colombia, says that growing in the country means building a strong local team, because upcoming SAP, artificial intelligence and cloud projects will rely on that foundation.
In practice, an in-country team shortens the distance between consultants and operations: the same time zone, familiarity with the local regulatory context and faster response during testing, cutover and support, side by side with users.
An active presence in the SAP ecosystem
The relationship with Colombia's business community did not start now. In 2025, the Grupo Intelsis team took part in the SAP Partner Summit in Cartagena, one of the main gatherings of the SAP ecosystem in Latin America. Discussions centered on artificial intelligence, cloud, sustainability and digital transformation, topics that remain at the top of the technology agenda for companies across the region.
