Implementation or migration: which one is my case?
If your company does not use SAP yet, or wants to redesign processes from scratch, it is an implementation. What is the SAP Activate methodology?
It is SAP's methodology for implementation projects, organized into the Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases. It combines preconfigured best practices, fit-to-standard workshops, and agile delivery, which reduces unnecessary customization and makes the project more predictable.
Do you handle SAP licensing?

How long does an SAP implementation take?

Who provides support after go-live?
