When you contact us
We record your name, email, company, subject, and message to respond to your request. The form asks for your consent before submission. This data is stored in the website's database and is accessible only to authorized administrative users.
When communication channels are enabled, the data needed to respond to your request may be forwarded to the email, WhatsApp, and integration providers configured by the organization.
The dashboard keeps audit records identifying the actor, action, result, and changes. Credentials and message content are hidden from the logs. Delivery message content is removed after 90 days.
Experience analytics
Only with your consent do we collect pages visited, traffic source, campaign, device category, clicks, scroll depth, and performance metrics. We use a random session identifier. We do not record text entered in forms, session videos, or IP addresses in analytics events.
Heatmaps aggregate click positions on navigation elements. Analytics events are retained for up to 180 days, and cleanup runs daily. Visits without consent are excluded from statistics.
Your preferences
Your analytics preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can decline or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops new data collection in this browser. The admin dashboard uses a necessary cookie to keep you signed in, lasting up to eight hours.
Access and deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact data, write to contato@grupointelsis.com.br. Requests will be reviewed by the responsible team. Contact records are retained as long as needed for service and applicable obligations.
