What is the difference between SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll?
ECP uses SAP's payroll calculation engine, but in the cloud, hosted and maintained by SAP and natively integrated with Employee Central. On-premise SAP HCM runs on the company's own infrastructure.
Can we migrate from SAP HCM to ECP and reuse existing rules?
