What it is

A single risk record in SAP EHS.

EHSMBR adds functions to SAP EHS for Brazilian OHS requirements. Built in ABAP, it uses the SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment, master data, and authorizations, with no parallel database or middleware.

Risk records are reused in the exam matrix, required PPE, unhealthy and hazardous work pay premiums, the PGR, the LTCAT, and eSocial OHS events. Data sources remain recorded for review and audit.

EHSMBR provides responsive SAP Fiori apps and integrates HR, workplace safety, and occupational health data with SuccessFactors and payroll. Documentation is available on Intelsis HELP.

End-to-end integration

Integrations between HR, SAP EHS, and payroll.

SuccessFactors, SAP EHS, and payroll connected by five integrations, with no intermediate database.

  1. SuccessFactors

    Position created

The position created in Employee Central is sent to SAP EHS for risk mapping.

    • Employee Central
  2. SAP EHS + EHSMBR

    Risk mapped

Assessments and GHE, GERE, and GHRM groupings define pay premiums, required PPE, and medical exams.

    • Unhealthy work
    • Hazardous work
    • PPE
  3. Recruiting → SAP EHS

    Candidate approved

The medical exam stage in recruiting triggers invitations and appointments for the exams required by the position.

    • Audiometry
    • Spirometry
  4. SAP EHS + EHSMBR

    First day

PPE is issued according to the position’s requirements. The receipt is signed and eSocial events are generated from SAP records.

    • S-2220
    • S-2240
  5. SAP EHS → HR and payroll

    Health, safety, and payroll

The CAT record generates S-2210. CIPA members’ job protection is sent to Employee Central, and leave records are sent to payroll.

    • S-2210
    • CIPA
    • Absences

The systems reuse position data to avoid re-keying and keep events traceable.
